About Me

Hi, I’m Tiffany Kairos. I’m an epilepsy blogger, advocate, content creator, and the founder of The Epilepsy Network (TEN). This space is where I share my journey with epilepsy, along with practical tools, encouragement, and resources to help others live fully with this condition.

I’m a wife and a proud fur mama to two sweet cats, and I’m passionate about health, wellness, and personal growth. I’m always seeking ways to care for my physical and mental well-being while living a balanced life.

My epilepsy journey began on December 11, 2008, after a grand mal seizure while driving that led to a serious car accident. After testing, medication changes, and many adjustments, I was diagnosed with epilepsy and later learned I have refractory epilepsy, a form that is difficult to control with medication alone.

This journey shaped my purpose. Today, my mission is to uplift and empower others impacted by epilepsy through education, encouragement, and community so no one feels alone.

Although epilepsy has required lifelong management and real sacrifices, it has not taken my joy, my faith, or my purpose. I am deeply grateful for my Heavenly Father and the support system that continues to help me rise and live fully.

Thank you for being here and for being part of this journey.
